Card three from the weekend! A quick, easy, but very fun one!!
Colors: Tangerine Tango, Basic Black and Whisper White. The black background is embossed with the Spider Web Folder in the Big Shot. Over that, we dragged/rubbed the Illuminate Glimmer pad (new, Holiday Mini page 23). Give it just a little time to dry. The spider and "boooo" were stamped with Black Stazon on Whisper White and then punched. The top two punches are the 1-1/4" and 1-3/8" Circles, the lower two the Large Oval and Scallop Oval. The Whisper White punches were layered onto Tangerine Tango punches. Those are attached to the Spider Web background with dimensionals. Across the bottom, a Dotted Tangerine Tango ribbon, dots down, with a Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta knotted around. Oh, almost forgot: final accent, Googly eyes!! Love it! How do you manage to get your ink only on the raised portion of the web? I tried this and it just looked like a big mess. Any tips?
This is a great card!
Kimberly, there is some ink on the background as well. But, I did use a clear block on the ink pad before using, just went all over it to bring ink to the top. Then I just lightly went over the web, generally tapping, rubbing a little.
