Clean & Simple Eggplant Flowers

I created this card last night. My starting point was the Clean & Simple sketch this week, FTL214. I'm not sure my end result is clean and simple, but their sketch was a GREAT starting point!! Here is my card.

Purple is my favorite color and I was in the mood for some last night so I grabbed Elegant Eggplant as my starting point. The card base is Eggplant with a Lucky Limeade layer behind the background River Rock. I textured the River Rock with the Argyle Embossing Folder. An accent of Daffodil Delight 1/8" Taffeta ribbon was knotted around the background before attaching to the card base. The center panel is Elegant Eggplant again with Very Vanilla. Thinking of You from Sassy Salutations was stamped in the bottom corner. The flowers were made by punching Scallop Circles of Elegant Eggplant and then cutting "petals" and texturing them in the Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder. Under the flowers are two sets of leaves cut from Lucky Limeade with the Little Leaves Sizzlit. The center of the flowers are circles of River Rock, Lucky Limeade and Daffodil Delight. Sizes 1", 3/4" and 1/2". I attached those all together then ran through the Square Lattice Embossing Folder.

Thanks for stopping by today!!
