Hey all! A recent card creation! Crazy busy over here but needed to create one to send to a friend!
And first, an update on our crazy! We are moving from our farmstead in Nebraska to Kansas, near Manhattan. This sunflower is going home and couldn't be happier! Stamping will still happen here but know it will be very sporadic until we're completely moved and settled. Hoping to be moved by June or so, but who knows how long settling will take :)
Card base is Gorgeous Grape, accent of Basic Black and a White background. I textured that background with the Softly Sophisticated Embossing Folder (a FREE SAB item!). I then stamped the Painted Lavendar flowers in Gorgeous Grape and stem in Garden Green and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. 3 of the larger flowers, one of the full stem. Those are attached with dimensionals and glue dots over the base. I tied a black/white check ribbon around the stem. The saying is from Artistically Inked and is stamped on a banner from the Stylish Shapes die set. Banner is attached over the stem with dimensionals. A few purple Shimmer Gems finish it off!
