Howdy all, happy Tuesday! Sharing a card today and love how it came out! I went up to make a few thank you cards, and settled on the Sending Smiles and coordinating die set Sending. I'm not sure I've used it, and if so not much! I was at first trying to make it to complicated. Then I went simple and look what happened!!
I reached for some In Colors that will be going away with the annual catalog this year, Sweet Sorbet, Tahitian Tide and Parakeet Party. They work very well together!! Card base is Sweet Sorbet, accent layer of Tahitian Tide and background of Basic White cut with the Perennial Postage die set, I think the largest one. The flower stem was stamped on the background with Parakeet Party, then I added the flowers in Sweet Sorbet and Tahitian Tide with opposite colors for flower centers. The saying was stamped in Sweet Sorbet on a separate piece of Basic White and cut with the coordinating die from the Sending set. I attached that with Stampin' Dimensionals and stamped "a note of thanks" below in Tahitian Tide. Lastly, I added a Dragonfly Trinket for the perfect accent!
