Sunflower Stamper: Painted Label

Howdy all, back with the last sunflower card!

Similar to the others, yet different. This sunflower was colored with Calypso Coral and Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends on Very Vanilla. Card base is Calypso, accent layer of Crumb Cake. Very Vanilla background that was stamped with the Birch background stamp in Crumb Cake. I also sponged the edges lighty to soften it. Stem accents cut from Calypso, leaves from Crumb Cake. The "ribbon" is Braided Linen Trim that I wrapped around 3 times. I love doing this for variation with narrow ribbon! Tag element from the Painted Labels die set. Happy Birthday from Peaceful Moments. Tag element and flower attached with dimensionals, stem and leaves with Fine Tip glue. Final accent, Gilded gems on each side of the tag.

Thanks for stopping by today! I'm about ready to break this set back out and color some more! But I'm going to give some other things a shot first! Hey Chick and Hey Birthday Chick are first up, then we'll see about some Sale-A-Bration products! Hope you are all having a great weekend. Product details and shopping links below.

Ornate Color Challenge 3

Happy Friday all! Another week in the books! Crazy weather here - snow yesterday into the night, but things are looking up for the weekend. And back to more Spring like weather!

Here is my first creation with the new SU! Color Challenge. I knew I liked these colors :) I have several coming your way!

The colors for the #keepstamping challenge of the week are Pretty Peacock, Pool Party, Crumb Cake and Early Espresso. Oh, the possibilities!!

I had stamped this last week when I first broke out the Ornate Style set, so I grabbed it and some Stampin' Blends. We don't have Early Espresso so I used it as more of an accent with the Stampin' Write Marker. Leaves are Crumb Cake, small flowers Pool Party, large flowers Pretty Peacock. Center accents of Early Espresso also dotted with a touch of Shimmery Crystal Effects. The 'label' die from the Painted Label Die set was stamped with the Thanks and my friend from the new Ornate Thanks set. Attached with dimensionals. Card base Pretty Peacock, accent layer of Early Espresso and background of Shimmery Vanilla (not SU!). I like this stamp, despite the coloring! Not always my first choice but also sometimes therapeutic!

Thanks for stopping by today! Happy weekend!! Product details and shopping links below. Stop back, there are several more shares in que!
