Hello all! We finally had a weekend at home to rest and recover. I spent some time in the room last night and came out with a card! Yes, I reached for Painted Harvest again. Well, it was still on my table so I didn't have to look very far!!
I saw the color challenge at Color Throwdown Saturday while browsing and it stuck with me. I am more convinced this set will work with just about any color combo!! Hoping to try some fall combinations very soon!
Here is my card
based on this challenge.
My colors are Night of Navy, Garden Green and Dapper Denim. I tried the flower with just Navy but I didn't like it very well. The background layer needed to be just slightly different. The card front is Shimmery White cardstock. I did the three flowers first. First step in Dapper Denim, second in Night of Navy. Center is stamped off once Garden Green and then Navy dots at varying ink. Leaves two stepped with Garden Green and then Navy dots scattered around. Edges were sponged with Night of Navy. Garden Green Satin ribbon. Happy Birthday from Birthday Blossoms. Accent layer of Night of Navy, card base of Garden Green.
Thanks for stopping by today! Product details are below. Hopefully I'll be back soon! We should be a little less busy for the next month or so. Just a few football games on the agenda and regular work stuff!
