Howdy all! Hope you're weekend was great! Pretty awesome one here, but busy!
Here is the first card my stamping friends made at a workshop this afternoon. While browsing the internet for ideas with the Butterfly Gala and or Beauty Abounds sets that didn't use the punch, I found a very similar notecard (small 3" square). I decided it would make a great #simplestamping card too. Stamps, ink, Paper. Simple!
Color is the NEW Mango Melody with Basic Black accent layers and Whisper White background. I stamped the butterflies on the Whisper White with Black Memento ink, then added the smaller dot image to the small butterfly, and the larger dot image to the larger butterfly. The saying at the bottom of the top layer is also in Black Memento. Layer all together and you're done! There are lots of opportunities here for stepping it up too.... ribbon, embossing, bling! But #simplestamping is growing on me! Nothing better really than quick and easy!
