Hey all! back with a color inspired card today, by the challenge over at Color Throwdown. #CTD584 Very challenging by the way, but I do have several other ideas running around in my head too! We'll see if I decide to give in and try them, or work on taxes. Ha! Here is what I came up with.
Green, green, black, and white. This Sale-A-Bration set and punch were on my desk to play with so I decided to make them work for this challenge. It took a few tries, partly because I'm out of practice, Partly just to get familiar with how they work together. Love how it came out!! Granny Apple Green and Call Me Clover with Tuxedo Black ink and Shimmery White Cardstock. I also tried the Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder for the first time. Knew I would love it! Hint: there is a right and wrong way to use it :) I even had my glasses on and still had recessed instead of raised bricks the first time!! Note, I did stamp the stems, small flowers and dots before embossing. I then added the punched flowers with Mini Dimensionals. The saying is from Peaceful Moments and the tag die cut from the Painted Labels Die set. Mini Rhinestones are the final accent in the flower centers.
