I had every intention of getting this up first thing this morning but it is Monday and it went nothing as planned. Catching up now for my day gone wrong! Here is the masculine card I mentioned recently I needed. Love how it came out!!
I've had this set for awhile but had never broken it out. I can't take credit for any of this, totally copied from Jackie Bolhuis at Klompen Stampers. Watch her video about the coloring - I am still amazed that it works :) I did my glasses a little different, but the "whiskey" and ice are exactly as she did. The stamp set is Whiskey Business. Card base of Early Espresso, accent of Gray Granite, DSP background from the In Good Taste pack. Glasses and decanter were stamped on Basic White with Tuxedo Memento then colored with Stampin' Blends. In the glasses, go over the "whiskey" first with Bronze. All of it, including the ice cubes. Next, go over again *around the ice cubes* with Cinnamon Cider and shade. Dark for the outline and shady areas, light for the rest to blend. Then, and here is the amazing part, get your Mango Melody dark and go over the ice cubes. WOW!! The decanter is just Bronze with Cinnamon light and dark. Accents on the glasses and decanter are done with Gray Granite and the Color Lifter for blending. Glasses and decanter were cut out with scissors, no dies for this one! Saying is Early Espresso on a Stitched Rectangle and an Early Espresso accent. Saying, glasses and decanter attached with dimensionals over the DSP.
