Club Card: Thoughts & Prayers

This is my absolute favorite card that I've done in a long time!! Not an original idea by far, but I LOVE the look!!! and it's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO easy!!

See how the background is embossed, but not in the middle?? Very easy just by using a wooden craft frame with your Bigshot. I saw this idea on the very talented Patty Bennett's blog, and it just so happens that she did a tutorial HERE on it. It's really as easy as it looks! Just put the wooden frame ($.99 at the craft store!!) down on tab 1, put your cardstock in the folder on that, cutting plate on top and run it through the Big Shot! VERY COOL!!!

Background is Rich Razzleberry, Embossed layer is Very Vanilla. Vine/flower image is inked with markers: Mellow Moss for the stem/leaves, Rich Razzleberry for the flowers. Verse is also Rich Razzleberry. We did use the Stamp-a-ma-jig to ensure proper placement of the verse & vine/flower! The edges of the Very Vanilla are sponged with Rich Razzleberry, corners are rounded, and we tied a Very Vanilla Taffeta ribbon around. Easy, but gorgeous!

The frames, by the way, are available in Oval & Rectangle (sample coming soon!). And I bet with the Big Shot, you can make some more options!!

Thanks, all for stopping by!!
