A quick card tonight for a "Clean & Simple" challenge over at The Paper Players. I had some new to me Striped Rich Razzleberry 1-1/4" Grosgrain that was just begging to be used!! I ended up with a monochromatic Rich Razzleberry card! Here is what I came up with.
I hadn't used this For You Flower stamp since Open Houses in July so it was time! Same for the Pretty Pattern background stamp. Card base is Rich Razzleberry, background is Very Vanilla stamped with the Pretty Pattern in Rich Razzleberry. 1-1/4" Razzleberry ribbon is knotted around the card. I knot seemed somewhat funky, so I poked an Antique Brad through as an accent and to hide the know. The flower was stamped twice in Rich Razzleberry on Vanilla. The first time I punched out the flower with the Fancy Flower punch, and the second time just the center with the 1-3/8" circle punch. Even with the tone on tone, doing that gives it a little extra dimension. I attached the center to the flower with dimensionals, and the flower to the layers behind it also with dimensionals.
That's it!! Enjoy.

Love the color! I also like seeing how you used the background stamp...lovely! Thanks for joining The Paper Players this week!
I love the monochromatic look of this! I thought it was white until I read it was vanilla. Either way, it's great with the razzleberry! BEAUTIFUL! I need to make some of these...so useful for many types of cards! Just change the sentiment (and I can change the CS and ribbon, too!)
Thanks for sharing, I will definitely be making some of these! :D
Oooo... Jennifer I love this Rich Razzleberry card. Great use of all of the elements, including the vintage brad. I love the fact that you added so many elements to this card which make it so interesting... yet you kept it clean and simple in layout.
Thanks for joining the Paper Players this week
I'm not sure if my first comment went through, I got an error message, but wanted to let you know that I love the monochromatic look of the card. Thanks for linking to your post over on SA!!
