Howdy all, Happy Monday! Slow start for me and I've got a full day of errands and such today. The good news is it will be very warm outside but likely very windy as well. Life in the Midwest!
I did make it to the stamp room yesterday and came out with two cards. I decided to try the new In Colors - have you seen them? So far I like them! And I grabbed a new set as well! Color & Contour. I'm such a sucker for flowers!! :)
But isn't it happy?? I managed to use all the NEW In Colors on this one. I should have taken a pic of all the ink pads so you could see them- maybe I'll add one. Card base is Fresh Freesia. Accent layer of Basic Black and Basic White background. On that background I randomly stamped the outline flower with Memento Tuxedo Black. I then grabbed the "inside" solid stamp and went over with Fresh Freesia, Polished Pink and Pale Papaya. I accented with the leaf image in Evening Evergreen and splatters in Soft Succulent - some full strength and some stamped off once. For the flower centers I grabbed the markers in Fresh Freesia, Polished Pink and Pale Papaya. I also went over the centers with Stella and added coordinating In Color Jewels. The saying is from this same set, and the scallop image is from the coordinating Die Set. **Bundle** And check out that ribbon! All the In Colors are available in this 3/8" Open Weave. The saying is attached with Dimensionals over the ribbon and I added one more flower just above.
